About Yotam

Be Simple Massage is a practice of transformative bodywork. Based on the work of Erik Schirmer and the Center of Body Ontology Studies, Be Simple provides deep release to the fundamental structures of the body.

The fascial system of the body is a robust, elegant network of protein tissues which provides the shape and structure of your whole body. When that network is healthy, you are healthy: information and movement flow through it with ease, so you can live with ease. Small misalignments, bad postural habits, and scar tissue from injuries can all accumulate in the fascia over time to limit your mobility or create chronic pain. Fascial restrictions can also manifest in depression, anxiety, or emotional 'stuckness.' Be Simple Massage improves the well-being of the whole person by restoring freedom and fluidity to the fascial network.
