Improving function and wellness are the main goals of Restorative Touch, so you will get more than a massage. Educating each client that comes in on how to maintain balance in the body and personal accountability toward health through diet, stretches, strengthening exercises, and essential oils.
Restorative Touch offers a variety of modalities of therapy incorporated into each massage to achieve the best results possible for each person, including active release, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports massage techniques, swedish, deep tissue, and more. Each person's individual health history and needs are taken into account when communicating the direction to be taken for the massage, so the body can do what it's designed to do naturally, to heal and repair.
