About Saida

Therapeutic Massage is a great ingredient to add to help maintain and nurture a healthier lifestyle.  More and more, individuals are selecting and doctors are recommending massage therapy to assist in treating various ailments and inducing relaxation as it addresses the mind, body, and spirit.  Therapeutic Massage is a partnership between a Massage Therapist and Client that combines a customized body massage treatment plan while educating the client on how to maintain that balanced feeling. Find out how Hands Down Body Therapy can help you!

The practice was established by  Saida S. Cunningham, a Certified Licensed Body Massage Practitioner/ Body Therapist for the city of Washington, D.C.  She is  a graduate of the Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in Washington, D.C.  Saida also received training in Breath Therapy and Kinesiology from American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.

In November 2009, Saida opened Hands Down Body Therapy.  In every session, Ms. Cunningham carefully customizes a Therapeutic Body Massage treatment session that is best for you. A Healthier Lifestyle is a beautiful balance between the Body, Mind, and Spirit.  Creating a harmonious balance between all three, through Therapeutic Body Massage, is what Saida's practice is all about.  Her mission is to provide client-based treatments in a very comfortable and serene atmosphere
