About Preston

I would like for all of my clients to have and gain an understanding about their bodies. This starts with body and spatial awareness. Becoming consciously proprioceptive, can have a tremendous effect on our day to day lives.

I center my practice around movement therapy, movement is life. Everything inside of our bodies is always in constant motion and movement. Educating clients about movement is what I love to do. As well as reestablishing that connection the client has between and with their mind and body complex.

Informing the client that they can return to that state of childlike wonder(even with a huge frontier as age comes to sweep us all in its grasp), we don't have to be in pain or move in pain.

Massage therapy coupled with strengthening exercises will allow a greater impact on a clients life that will enable them to have a better life.
