About William

I do Chair Massage, to me a kind of massage for our times, for busy people and the extra people, for people short on time or people short on money, or people who just could really use a midday break. Chair Massage is a Clothed, Quick (10-30 minutes), Cheap ($1/minute) massage that I have found very Effective at reducing tension in the upper body, especially in the shoulders. During the year that I learned and improved how to do this, practice people sometimes reported improved sleep.

I cannot promise further specific benefits but relaxation and full rest can help prevent injury and illness. So the Chair Massage I do is a basic relaxation massage, based on Swedish Massage - focused on the anatomical structures of the body.

I recently had experience presenting Chair Massage at the 2018 Lincoln Farmers Market, and I learned that even made as safe, brief, and economical as possible, Chair Massage is not for everyone, but that there are always people who want or would like to try a massage (Chair Massage is a good first-time introduction to proper legal licensed massage), and that, the way I do it, those people always benefit from massage. My protocol became to present, but not pitch massage, waiting for such people. I remember such people, and am trying to meet more.

I am available for couple massage, small groups, semi-public enents, health fairs, gyms, employer preventive health benefits (for small work-teams), etc. I also am looking for jobs with chair massage agencies. The name on my license is William, but I also go by Bill Cooper. Feel free to call if you just have questions (I present, but don't pitch)(or try not to).

As part of Application Interviews, I would offer a Free Five-minute Sample Massage.

While looking, I need to practice at least once a week. Anyone who would like to be a practice person, please contact me. The deal is you get a free massage, but I decide what I practice. I can promise you will be more relaxed.
