TECHNIQUES & PHILOSOPHY
I chose Massage Therapy as a profession because I want others to experience the healing, preventative, and rehabilitation benefits of it.
I continue to expand my knowledge, experience and expertise in bodywork and I attend workshops and classes as often as possible to enhance my skills to better serve my clients. Together we can design a treatment plan to make a positive difference in your overall health and performance.
When I am not in the treatment room I like to spend time with my husband, family, and friends. I am an avid runner and I have been a volunteer track coach since 2001. You can also find me hiking, snowshoeing, biking, and walking my dog. Aside from the outdoors I love to travel and keep my foreign language skills sharp.
