I'm a practicing Craniosacral Therapist, Somatic Release Practitioner, Energy Worker (including Reiki), and Licensed Massage Therapist with a range of techniques as part of my repretoire.  I believe that each of us has the ability to relax, destress, heal from all levels of trauma and injury, and thrive.  Sometimes we just need support and assistance...this is when wellness sessions with me come in.  My preference is to work out of my home office in Wimberley, Texas and am willing to work at your home or vacation home when necessary.  I am available to do sessions for your retreat or wellness event too.
