Welcome to MyPlaceWellness!
I specialize in working with clients in all phases of rehabilitation/pain recovery, whether chronic (long-term) or acute pain (short-term from accidents, surgery, etc.)
My treatment modalities are primarily Orthopedic/Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Movement Therapy & Thai Massage. I strive to work WITHIN your comfort level/pain tolerance, to work WITH your body, rather than forcing soft tissue release!! I also provide the necessary coding for reimbursement from a Motor Vehicle Accident or your Flex Spending Health Insurance/HSA accounts.
I accept cash, checks, Major Credit Cards-including those for HSA accounts(add'l 3% processing fee for CC purchases)
I am also a Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor and 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor.
I offer both small group sessions and one-on-one Personal Training/Movement Therapy & Stretching sessions, and will soon be offering Destination Wellness Retreats!!
I provide Wellness Seminars as well as Christian-Based Spiritual Retreats.
