About Jacqueline

  • I have been licensed in New York state since 1986 and bring 24 years experience to my work. I have worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center's Integrative Medicine for six years and was clinical director of a not for profit program called The R.E.S.T. Initiative in NYC. I combine a unique blend of traditional massage therapy techniques in combination with energy and movement work. As a 500 hour registered yoga therapist I also like to introduce clients to helpful breathing techniques. I was a personal trainer for 15 years and currently teach Pilates in Forest Hills. I believe that anyone can incorporate an exercise program into their lifestyle and can reach their goals. I am also a licensed social worker, and find that this training has prepared me to educate clients on how taking an active role in their healing process is key to being successful. Depending on what your needs are, I can sometimes treat you in your home. Besides physical issues, I also have worked with depression. perimenopausal changes, and anxiety. With children I have specifically worked with oncology, anxiety, and teen body image issues.
