In addition to that, I lead BUTI Yoga classes at 11:30AM ON SATURDAYS at The Wellness Collective at 2138 Market St. Camp HIll, Pa. which utilizes spirals to evenly strengthen and balance the body with a fusion of vinyasa, kundalini, and plyometric based movements, combined with cardio bursts of tribal dance and shaking, which works together to free your tissue layers and increase flexibility, circulation, and strength while detoxifying the body.
