About

My mission is to support clients in their desire to reduce stress, become free from pain, and bring balance into their lives through regular massage and body awareness. My work is mainly integrative, as I pull techniques from many different modalities of massage to create a treatment plan that meets the clients needs.

I graduated from the renowned Boulder College of Massage Therapy where I gained a strong background in Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Integrative massage. I received additional training in Prenatal, Hydrotherapy and Vibrational medicine (a form of energy work).

Every session incorporates the client’s mind, body and spirit, which allows them to leave the session feeling grounded and relaxed, yet rejuvenated. Together with the client, a treatment plan is created to address their spiritual, emotional and physical needs, as they are all connected and make up who we are.

I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients because I feel everyone can learn something about themselves by experiencing therapeutic massage. The body has the ability to heal on its own. Therapeutic massage can help you reach the end result of wholeness and health.
