What is Fascia?

Fascia may be superficial, a nearly subcutaneous covering permitting free movement of the skin, or it may be deep, enveloping and binding muscles.”
The AMTA Fascial Therapy Continuing Education Program provides a fundamental overview of fascial therapy concepts.
