Education Requirements
- 500 education hours from a board-approved massage therapy school.
These hours must include:

- 390 hours minimum of in-class supervised hours of coursework
- 110 hours supervised clinical work or supervised massage therapy fieldwork experience

- $130 Fee (every two years for birthdates ending in odd-numbered years)
