Education Requirements
- 659 education hours (after 7/1/24; 500 education hours before 7/1/24) from a board-approved massage therapy school.
These hours must include:

- 300 hours of technique and theory of massage or bodywork therapy
- 200 hours of elective courses in the field of massage therapy
- 100 hours of anatomy and physiology
- 25 hours of ethics, law and contraindications
- 300 hours of technique and theory of massage or bodywork therapy
