Extending from my interest in herbs and holistic healing, I turned to massage therapy to enhance my ability to help others heal and encourage self-healing, through holistic practices.
I have worked in hospice for several years, which increased my want to help others manage their pain.
I am a certified essential oils specialist, through Nature's Sunshine Products. And I am a graduate of Birmingham School of Massage on and I am licensed in therapeutic massage such as Swedish, bodywork and Neuromuscular therapy.
I have officially started classes to become a certified yoga instructor and continue my education in herbs to further ability to help others. I am also a huge advocate for the bees! I have educated myself tremendously on them, and hope to share what I have learned to reduce fear and promote more education regarding our furry pollinating friends.
