Natural Health Myofascial Release

About Monica

Many people suffer from pain that is very real and yet cannot be "indicated" on any scans/tests. This is often because fascia (connective tissue) is the largest system of the body, affecting ALL other systems, and can form restrictions with immense pressure that are undetected by popular imaging technology. The resulting compression is capable of causing unspeakable pain and dysfunction in any area of the body.

Myofascial Release (John Barnes approach) uses a blend of evaluation and hands on techniques to FIND those 3-dimensional restrictions in your body and using gentle yet sustained pressure, release your fascia back to the length and openness it craves. As a natural result, your pain levels diminish and functions improve. This difference is not limited to one region of the body, but is often felt throughout, as layer upon layer of release occurs.

My goal is to get you as pain-free and functional as possible. Will this take one session? Two? Ten? Every BODY is different. How many days/months/years did it take for you to become this way? For some folks, the relief in one session is incredible. For others, who have subjected their body to years of hard, physical labor/injuries, or, have been subjected to prolonged/intense emotional stressors, more sessions are needed to undue layers upon layers of fascial restrictions. It can be likened to turning a barge around in the water. Will it be worth it? Absolutely!

It may have been so long since you can remember feeling "good", but it is not lost.

Feel free to call with any questions/concerns.
