I have been practicing massage since 2001, I am licensed through the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in New York and completed a rigorous training in Massage, Anatomy, Physiology, Neurology, Contra-indications and Diseases, and Shiatsu Massage.
I've done continuing education courses in Treatment for Sciatica and Migraines and Deep Tissue Myofascial Massage.
I am also a Chef trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute and believe that food is medicine and can be used as a tool as well as a sensory delight.
In addition, I am an Ordained Interfaith Minister and Reiki Level 2 practitioner.
