My goal at Long Pond Tranquil Massage is to provide safe muscular therapy treatments that are designed to meet the client's  individual goals/needs medical issues and to also educate and assist  client in their own self care and areas of concern.  Massage Therapy should be a part of everyone's Wellness Plan.   I incorporate different modalities  to achieve  the best treatment results.  I like to include (but not limited to)stretching, ROM, MFR, Sports Massage, Reflexology techniques, Shiatsu, Swedish, hot and cold therapy as needed.  I also do Heated Stone Massage and Pregnancy Massage - with a Doctor's note.  I always take a Health History intake before doing any muscular therapy work.  Visit my website @ www.longpondtranquilmassage.com
