In 2008 I found my calling to become a manual therapist offering Craniosacral Therapy and Aquatic Integration. As an aide to a licensed therapist offering these modalities, I discovered a natural ability to feel biofeedback, and sought out coursework as a layperson to deepen my understanding of these abilities and skills. After returning to school for the pursuit of medicine, I recognized that the modalities I found to be the most effective offered a more holistic ("whole"-istic) approach, so I decided to leave the pursuit of western medicine.
I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2018, and proudly opened Be Abundant Bodywork in January 2019.
Creating Be Abundant Bodywork has been a dream in the making for the last ten years. It is with deep gratitude that I offer these modalities to the communities who have supported me along this journey.
As a Craniosacral Therapy practitioner, I focus on attuning to the natural rhythms in your system and hold space for your body to release restrictions it has been unable to overcome on its own. Rather than deciding how these changes should be made, I believe that it is my job to follow your body's responses and offer invitations for change.
I am honored to be able to do this profound work and look forward to holding space with you.
