About Kelsey

After 5 years of using massage to ease my clients discomforts I’ve learned that the best way to continuously and effectively do so is to create a massage plan. Each plan entails performing a posture analysis prior to each session, capturing each analysis, then each massage session lasts anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half depending on what I feel your body needs. I recommend receiving sessions at least twice a month, but understand finances don’t always allow this. I’m not into pushing services onto my clients, but instead getting each one to understand the specific needs of their muscles in order to achieve the decrease in discomfort that’s desired.
