About
At The Movement Puzzle, I offer structural integration bodywork (LMBT, NC License #15593) and teach Mysore-style Ashtanga Yoga to support healthy postural patterns and functional movement. I am a graduate of Anatomy Trains Structural Integration School and a CBSI board-certified structural integrator.
Structural integration involves slow, direct manipulation of the myofascial tissue over a series of 10-12 sessions. We work systematically through the body to resolve restricted areas and restore a sense of ease.
