Urban Wellness Chicago is a studio offering a variety of Therapeutic Massage modalities, Wellness Services, & More!!! All of our therapists are well educated and fully licensed. We offer a variety of hours 7 days a week with several therapists. We look forward to seeing you! We are conveniently located in Bucktown by the Damen Blue Line El stop.

About Terri Lynn Visovatti B.S., LMT,  CKTP, Rock Doc, CES; Board Certified

I am a 1996 graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy (now Cortiva Institute). A former instructor in the diploma program. Also a continuing education instrutor since 2005. I have assisted Bob King (a co-founder of the school I attended) in many continuing education workshops in the Chicago area, and other parts of the country. In addition to this, I have also developed and taught Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology courses at Zen Shiatsu in Evanston. I have advanced training in Myofascial Therapy, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, Thai Massage, and Personal Training. I became a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner in 2007, and now utilize the Power Taping Method. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois-Chicago. I have maintained a massage therapy practice since 1996. I currently own Urban Wellness Chicago.

Though I seem to work primarily with athletes, thats not all. I often work with those in need of injury management and care, those with repetitive strain and pain due to postural misalignment and overuse, as well as adolescents, Pre-natal clients, and much more. I look forward to working with you too!
