I find all the "that's it" places that keep my clients coming back. You will receive a tailored blend of massage techniques that drain tension away from your body and mind. My modalities range from light to deep depending on your goals and feedback - including Swedish, trigger point, fascial release, stretching and reflexology, as well as lymphatic drainage, focused breathing, cranio-sacral and polarity work.
