About Phyllis

If you like deep pressure, but dislike being beaten up, you will find my approach to be a great match.  My sessions are unrushed and thorough.  I use hot stones as if they were my hands to relax your muscles and unwind your knots.  I massage fully focused on how your body responds to the work.  My techniques combine deep tissue, myofascial eleases, and stretches to help ease your tension and pain whether it is caused by arthritis, working at a desk all day or by injuries.  I will work with you as a whole human being who deserves to be valued and cared for.  I have more than 8 years experience and am passionate about my work and about my clients.  Over the years, I have developed a specialty helping those who are in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s who struggle with chronic pain.  I am also certified in pregnancy massage and massage for those living with cancer.  One hour massages mean 60 minutes on the table.  Hot stones are part of every massage at no extra charge.  I hope I can be part of your healing process.
