About Nina

Nina is a Licensed Massage Therapist, 200-RYT Registerd Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master.

She has been in private practice for 16 years in Bergen County NJ and New York.

As a result of Nina’s extensive training and experience, she has a vast understanding of the body’s functional aspects and the imbalances created by disease, trauma and injury. She enjoys working with adults, elderly, children, musicians and athletes and has a passion for working with people surviving terminal illness and recovering from traumatic injury.

As a Massage Therapist her bodywork sessions bring together an experienced blend of technical training, intuition and communication that provides treatment-oriented work as well as deep relaxation through the use of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Mastectomy, Cancer, Palliative therapy and Reiki.

As a Reiki Master she attends to the physical level of healing and utilizes each person’s innate capacity for self healing by enhancing balance.  A Reiki healing session can provide a deep state of relaxation, provide relief from insomnia, promote balance and enhance personal growth.

Her practice of yoga, meditation, and holistic nutrition for the past 15 years serves as a foundation for her own centeredness and ability to facilitate an exceptional experience of bodywork.

Nina has advanced certifications in and specializes in Therapeutic Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, and Oncology Massage.
