I specialize in deep tissue sculpting. This is a form of deep tissue that meets the soft tissue where it is and allows the time it needs to melt and reorganize with more ease than other forms of deep tissue. Focusing on myofascial (muscle and fascial) restrictions and general overall well being. I am also certified in pregnancy massage and enjoy helping women finding the ease throughout their pregnancies and postpartum. I work on all age groups.
