About Mari

My goal is to free you from acute or chronic soft tissue injuries that are keeping you from functioning at your full potential in your sports, work, or daily life activities. I specialize in Active Release Techniques® (ART®) and Neural Reset Therapy® (NRT®) but I may include a combination of deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and active isolated stretching to optimize your treatment results.

Depending on your needs, as part of a treatment plan, I may incorporate postural analysis, a videotaped gait analysis, and/or biomechanical screening tests to discover patterns that are limiting motion and secretly contributing to your ongoing injuries.  Part of what makes my work successful is that I take the time to really listen to my clients, figure out what is causing their problem(s) to begin with, and adjust each treatment session accordingly.

Please feel free to call/email with questions before you decide to come in.  You do not need to commit to any kind of program.  I offer affordable packages for people with injuries or painful conditions who are seeking to maximize their treatment outcome or maintain general health or athletic performance.
