Heather’s specialty is in PAIN REDUCTION and removal.  Heather takes great care in providing clients with a structural alignment assessment and healing plan.  She has treated numerous cases of whiplash, and sees clients with chronic pain patterns, such as herniated and ruptured disks and many autoimmune disorders.

Through the use of Trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, and Advanced Myostructural Alignment Techniques, Heather formulates a plan to restructure the body through deep tissue massage.  Clients who have had years of pain, whether structural or autoimmune, experience tremendous relief.  This is an amazing thing for many who have not been pain free for even one hour for years. 

For clients with chronic pain, being pain free for 1 day to 1 week allows them to participate in activities they previously could not.

Heather also deals with CHRONIC PAIN clients or people who are ready for profound breakthrough in an area in their lives in which they are blocked or disconnected through body-mind therapy.  Heather intuitively goes into the blockages or pain, and helps clients to release physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual pain through experiential coaching and bodywork.
