About Briana

Briana Clements, ACBT, LMT, Reiki Master, offers a deeply meditative, quieting approach to bodywork that guides you to a place of stillness within where your inner healer and inner wisdom reside. The techniques she utilizes – reiki, bodywork therapy, and meditation – are especially effective for:

  • Alleviating stress, tension, and fatigue
  • Calming emotions; cultivating inner peace
  • Removing obstacles to creativity
  • Enhancing spiritual understanding and insight
  • Developing greater self-awareness and self-acceptance

Briana is a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist who has been practicing and refining her work in the healing arts since receiving licensure in 1990. Her focus and passion is energy healing. Over the years, she has acquired substantial knowledge and experience in Reiki from various lineages and schools, treating both people and animals; in Shiatsu and Therapeutic Massage from the Swedish Institute; in Polarity Therapy from the Energy Arts School; and in Healing Touch Energy Therapy from Healing Touch International. Briana is the founder of the Meditative Bodywork (sm) approach. She is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, and the Shelter Animal Reiki Association.
