I am a nationally board-certified, licensed Massage Therapist and Integrative Reflexologist. Upon graduating from Baltimore School of Massage in early 2012, I have become practiced and trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point/Neuromuscular therapy, Acupressure, Reflexology, Gua Sha, and Cupping. Each massage I provide is catered to the individual need of the client where we can work on specific areas for relief of pain/discomfort or reduce overall stress and tension more generally through a full body massage.
The greatest reward of practicing massage therapy is hearing about the relief clients experience. It is extremely fulfilling for me as a practitioner to be able to serve others in a way that helps to ease pain and discomfort on the physical level, as well as reduce the emotional and mental stress that builds up from everyday life. Massage therapy is an extraordinary healing modality and one that is becoming more necessary in a society that is increasingly more stressed and deprived of physical touch.
In addition to massage therapy, I am continuing my education in holistic medicine at Maryland University of Integrative Health, where I am studying to be a Doctor of Acupuncture. I am currently accepting patients at the Natural Care Center (located inside the university in Laurel, MD), for acupuncture treatments. If you or someone you know have an interest in receiving acupuncture in a beautiful and educational setting, please feel free to reach out to me through this site for more information.
I look forward to partnering with you on your journey of becoming the most balanced and healthiest YOU!
