Using techniques ranging from Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Mayofascial Release, Structural Integration, Strain Counter-Strain, Neuromuscular Therapy, Polarity Therapy, and Energy Work ( Reiki, Bio-Energy, Quantum Healing) and from my experience as a yoga teacher, I blend a session that is uniquely suited for the client on that day.   I also will often incorporate The Breath in my work as I find it to be a vital part in the work I do.  

Through my training with Fascia I will often start  work with the tracks or lines of tension, freeing up the restrictions along a connecting line or track.  We understand that a trigger point may be the cause of pain in a different location.  It is with this understanding and knowledge of the fascial lines that I work with the body.

I help to guide clients to a place where their bodies and nervous system are calm and their bodies are balanced physically, and energetically. I assist in supporting their own internal healing from a place of acceptance and peace.

My work has evolved from the process of working with clients who have chronic pain, stress, or injury and through the awareness in my hands and intuition I gently support and guide the body and breath away from the restrictive patterns that have arisen into an openness and freedom.  I use multiple techniques often time blending them into a treatment that is individualized for that client on that days visit.
