About Anke

Understanding the individual needs of her clients, Anke holds space for each person so that you may leave your session with a sense of renewed well being.

Combining her knowledge of the human body and her skill as a Bodyworker, she integrates therapeutic massage into a soothing and healing experience.

Beyond her practice, Anke has taught massage technique and proper body mechanics using Tai Chi Chuan as the foundation at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing in Culver City.

In 2015 Anke started working with the artist Valérie Daval who likes to do live drawings of dancers.  She was part of two performances at the Altadena Library in June and December 2015 and the two are continuing to explore and enjoy their work together with Emma Julaud at DAC Gallery.

Since 2014 she has been part of the facilitator team at the contact improv Jam held weekly at the ARC ~ A Room To Create in Pasadena.

After practicing for many years in 2012 Anke became a Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher studying with Ami Fox and is offering private lessons in your home.  Please call to find out what a session includes.
