About
The primary focus of our practice is a combination of rehabilitative & preventative wellness via holistic bodywork. Ranging from deep, rigorus therapeutic massage to gentle & relaxation therapeutic bodywork, you will have your own customized massage (or other holistic bodywork), tailored to meet your wellness goals.
In order to provide maximum/optimal therapeutic benefits for each client, we endlessly strive to do so by dedicating much of our energy to studying new ways to address common soft-tissue ailements, and gaining a deeper understanding of traditional techniques. There are endless avenues to massage therapy & additional holstic bodywork!
General hours are Monday & Saturday mornings, and Tuesday-Friday 8am-6pm. However, sessions are truly scheduled By-Appointment, so it is recommended to contact us at least a day or two in advance. Also, if you need an appointment beyond general business hours, contact us to check for availabilitiy.Call, e-mail, or schedule online (from our website) to reserve your appointment.
