I am a Natural Health Practitioner with a background in Health and Exercise Science. I assist individuals looking to achieve balance, overall health and pain relief using a combination of massage, yoga, strengthening, stretching, reflexology and craniosacral therapy.  As a certified herbalist, I incorporate herbal and essential oil therapies as needed by the client and am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher.  I also do pregnancy and labor massage using all modalities listed above as requested by the client. I have offices in Kennesaw and Sandy Springs and do home massage by referral.
