It is my mission to create a space for anyone to find themselves and maintain their own health. I am able to incorporate my past dancing career into massage therapy, ayurveda bodywork, reiki, meditation, breath work and yoga to help others find their mind-body-spirit connection. These modalities are vast in knowledge and I can attest I will be a student to all of these for many lifetimes.
Today I invite you to join me and find a little peace within, and listen to what your inner self truly needs. Self care equates to self love. If we can not love ourselves we become depleted. How can we give our love to others when we are running on empty ourselves?
