Massage as Medicine

Together, we will look at the structure and function of your body in gravity then work with the energetic and emotional components of physical pain and restrictions. Much like you visit your dental hygienist, I am a muscle and connective tissue hygienist - in other words, a bodyworker. Take a moment to think of massage in such a way, cleaning out all the gunk built up from years of life in your muscles and connective tissues like we do for our teeth.

I provide a structural yet sedative massage with a variety of modalities that are adaptable to your needs on a session to session basis. I don't believe in up-charging for different modalities or tools. You'll experience something different every massage from hot stones to fascial work.
