My goal is always to determine what aches or pains you may have, how they happened and how to eliminate them.  If relaxation is what you need, I will find just the right mix of relaxation and knot ellimination to align with your expectations.

Do you have unexplained headaches?  Stiff neck?  Lower back pain?  Let me help, I work with these issues everyday. I am a Certified Massage Therapist having graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage Therapy from DeAnza College in Cupertino, CA. I have worked in an Athletic Tranining Room enviornment, along side Chiropractors and Accupuncturist and in my own private practice.  

My specialties include Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage as well as Neck and Shoulder work and Low Back issues .  I have an inherent ability to tune into the areas where most work is needed.  I am also certified in Pregnancy Massage. If you have postural concerns, chronic muscle tightness or soreness from athletic endeavors, I may be able to help!  I have been active in the nutrition and fitness industry for more then 20 years and look forward to working with you.
