Deep Tissue and Sports massage are my specialty; incorporating trigger point work, cross-fiber friction to break up scar tissue, Tom Myer's Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians. Sports Massage instructor at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing for ten years, teaching treatment techniques for common overuse injuries in sports. Also focussed on pre and post event massage. I listen to the body tailor each session to the specific needs of the client. None of my sessions are ever the same because the body is ever changing.
