Mary Paula has been a Physical Therapist for over 3 decades, and has always incorporated bodywork into her treatments. She graduated from Massage school over 13 years agoin order to incorporate wellness skills into her practice. She worked in an Intergrative Medicine practice for 9 years before starting her private practice. Besides providing hands-on bodywork, she also does energy work, sound healing, and also uses color and crystals to promote wellness. She enjoys working with people of all ages, and recognizes that the therapist/client relationship is one of mutual respect and responsibility.
