My sessions are determined by the needs/goals of a person on the day they come into my office.  Multiple sessions for the same individual can vary in techniques used & areas of body focused on.  Some people are more comfortable with keeping sessions relatively the same.

I am a certified Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner.  It is an ancient form of detoxifying, energizing,  abdominal massage.  Your Chi or Life Force moves through the body's internal channels, nervous system, blood vessels & lymph glands. These systems concentrate & cross paths in the abdomen which acts as their control center.  This is as described by Master Mantak Chia who brought this technique to the Western World.  The certification training is rigorous & I am one of very few practioners in the New England area to have completed this training.  Many of my training hours were with Master Chia.  It is a valuble tool wether you are seeking relief from physical abdominal issues,  in need of releasing negative emotions, anxiety or stress.  Leaving you with a sense of centered calmness & peace.  The mind body connection is powerful & is being researched/embraced by the medical community. 

The passion for my work has lead me to 1,000+ hours of study in continuing education since opening my practice. I have a great deal of knowledge & techinques to offer with a strong desire to be a facilitator in the healing process of everyone who entrusts me with their care.
