Description

Indiana Wellness College (IWC) is a nationally accredited career college in Carmel, Indiana, serving Indianapolis and Central Indiana. Founded in 2010, IWC specializes in hands-on professional education in Massage Therapy and Esthetics, emphasizing practical skills, clinical experience, professional development, and preparation for licensure.IWC's 900-hour, 50-week Diploma of Sports & Medical Massage combines foundational massage education with advanced clinical and therapeutic massage training. Students study anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and musculoskeletal function while developing skills in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and pregnancy massage, lymph drainage techniques, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, kinesiotaping, cupping, and postural assessment, along with additional massage and bodywork techniques.Hands-on Massage Therapy education maintains a maximum 13:1 student-to-instructor/coach ratio. Students work with real clients in IWC's supervised student clinic while developing assessment, communication, professional practice, and career skills.IWC also offers a 700-hour, 37-week Diploma of Esthetics, combining skincare science, hands-on education, and supervised clinical experience. Esthetics classes are capped at 20 students and supported by both an instructor and a coach.IWC is nationally accredited by ACCET and regulated by the Indiana DWD Office for Career and Technical Schools (OCTS). The Esthetics program has additional state cosmetology-board oversight, and IWC is registered as an Indiana beauty culture school. New cohorts begin approximately quarterly. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
