I have been practicing massage therapy since 2016. My studies of yoga and martial arts along with my fascination with the mind/body connection led me to the healing art of massage therapy. I don’t just work out your knots, I will encourage your mind to be present in stillness and your body to release the burdens of being human. My goal is to assist each client in finding an inner balance that they can take with them off of my massage table and into the world.
