<p>My practice is located on the upper west side&nbsp;<span>of Helena</span><span>&nbsp;w</span><span>ithin walking distance of the historic downtown</span><span>&nbsp;in a </span><span>beautiful</span><span>&nbsp;Victorian home with several other alternative health care practitioners. The house is surrounded by mature trees and extensive flower gardens, providing an quiet oasis in with to replenish. &nbsp;In 1987 I received my original massage certification through the Institute of Psycho-</span><span>Structural Balancing (IPSB) in San Diego. Between then and now</span><span>&nbsp;</span><span>&nbsp;I have also taught English, Russian, and Dance but have focused in on bodywork again since I've been back in Helena these last 15 years. I </span><span>travel regularly</span><span>&nbsp;to de</span><span>epen and extend</span><span> my practice through on-going continuing education across the U.S. </span><span>, Russia, and China</span><span>. I am also a published writer. In 2017, I completed my Qi Gong Teacher Training with Lee Holden, and am currently teaching weekly outdoor Qi Gong classes. More and more my bodywork sessions include several client-specific Qi Gong exercises for home practice.</span></p>
