About Tracy

Tracy has an AAS degree in Therapeutic Massage from Finger Lakes Community College with honors and is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. During her years at FLCC she studied Shiatsu under Amy Warcup in addition to other massage styles and found a new passion for Eastern philosophy and healing arts.

Tracy’s passion for science, healing, energy work and eastern philosophy is incorporated into every massage to develop a treatment specific to the unique needs of every individual to promote self healing, empowerment, and improved health and well being.

Tracy Specializes in Deep Tissue, working with injuries and muscle imbalances. Freeing of the neck and shoulder, freeing of the hip and low back, Deep work for the forearm and hands to help with problems such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tennis and Golfer's Elbow and Entrapment Syndromes. She also specializes in Healing with essential oil, emotional release and chakra balancing and Reflexology; medical hot stone massage and more. She loves to blend the many modalities together to create a specialized treatment for her clients as their needs change from day to day.
