Specializing in Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage and Massage...............In 1998 I was struggling with loss – physical and emotional. Equine accidents left me with a 10% disability and intense pain. Years earlier I experienced a nasty divorce. I felt angry, frustrated, abandoned and alone. There was a deep sadness within me. I had lost my life long friend, my dream career and I was stuck in a job I hated. That’s when I made the decision to go into the health field. Before this pain from loss came along, I was self-confident. I felt secure, safe. I was out to conquer the world. I felt there was a Divine plan and it was just a footstep away! I was ready to make a huge difference in the world. I had unstoppable energy! I felt good – physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally. Before I found solutions to my pain, I was struggling with who I was. Where was I now going? I continually asked myself “What now? How do I make a difference in the world now?” I needed a new dream. A new passion. I was in daily pain which brought on depression and lethargy. I spent days in bed getting up only when life demanded. I would lay in bed trying to find a comfortable position to relieve my pain and then not moving because I had found temporary relief. Life was bleak. Medical doctors prescribed antidepressants and cortisol for depression and pain. Over the counter pain medications gave me a bleeding ulcer. Nothing worked. Everything made me feel worse. Every area of my life was affected in some way. I became isolated. I wasn’t a happy camper and without realizing it I was very short tempered and curt with people – coworkers, customers, fiancé, family. I had a job I hated but afforded me the luxury of working a lot from my bed taking phone orders. In hindsight that job was a blessing. What I was doing wasn’t working. I was miserable. I knew I had to do something different. That’s when, at the prodding of my Chiropractor, I made the decision to make a positive change in my life and enroll in massage school. It began to change my life. I went on to study Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral, Neural and Vascular Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, Repetitive Brain Pattern Therapy, Past Life Regressions, Energy Balancing, Reiki and Life Coaching. My life, my body, was healing! I made the effort to increase my awareness of how I was “being”, what my thoughts were. Noticing any negative thoughts, I changed them. I scheduled regular appointments in all the healing modalities I studied. The tensions in my nervous system began to relax and melt away. My body and mind were mending well. My vitality returned. I began to smile and laugh more often. Life became lighter. I’m now able to navigate life with all its little bumps and potholes with ease. There is a lightness in my daily life knowing that all will be okay because there is always a Divine Intelligence at work in my life. I delight in sharing my gift and knowledge of healing with my clients. I love educating them about pathways of improving their health and well being. You don’t have to live with pain as your partner. Break free from pain, anxiety, unhealthy emotions or a combination of symptomatic issues and feel good again! Life is a journey. We have the freedom to choose our path. It is which path we choose that will determine how we feel.
