Shortly after graduating from massage school, I started my specialty learning Craniosacral Therapy (CST) with the Upledger Institute. CST is a gentle, hands-on technique that supports the function of the Nervous System and helps free up holding patterns in the body. I have continued my education in Craniosacral therapy for adults and children, and have also rounded out my education with lymphatic drainage and Reiki.To stay current, I read books and take trauma-informed workshops, in order to learn dynamic ways to help me hold space for whatever needs to be released on my table. I treat many things, but a lot of clients come to me to help relieve concussion symptoms, migraines, lingering symptoms, muscle fatigue, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, mind body awareness, and, recently, seizures. There are so many layers to healing and it's always my intention to work WITH my clients to help them through tough emotions and physical restrictions in the body.
