 I am trained in multiple bodywork modalities, including Swedish, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Geriatric, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Light Touch Therapy, Joint Mobility, Thai, Gua Sha, Cupping. I love what I do! I’ve been drawn to the healing arts all my life, and after years as a Caregiver primaraily in dementia care, and a career as a Registered Veterinary Technician, I took the plunge to start my own practice and help people in my own way. I am a Health Educator and Life Coach, working towards my certification with the International Coaching Federation. It’s one thing to know that you want to make a change in your life, career, relationships, or health, but creating a plan and truly making lasting changes can be difficult alone. As a coach I am here for support, to help you build an actionable plan, and guide you through your journey. I am currently studying to be a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and awaiting my exam date for the NASM Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialty Certifications.
