I'm a proud graduate of CT Center of Massage Therapy and have been a licensed Massage Therapist since Feb. 2005. I'm a member of the CT Sports Massage Team and a Middlesex & Midstate Chamber of Commerce Member. I am the owner of "Body Focus Therapuetic Massage & Ashiatsu" which has two locations in central Connecticut. You can find me at 162 West Street in Cromwell or 5 Colony Street in Meriden by appointment Monday thru Saturday.
I specialize in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy which is a wonderful style of massage which incorporates broad strokes and normally applies deeper pressure. It's a form of Back-walking massage that you have to try! You'll get off the table feeling a couple inches taller and like putty! Other great styles I specialize in include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Thai, Warm Bamboo Massage, Cupping, Pregnancy Massage and Corporate Chair Massage. Hope to hear from you soon!
