My massage techniques are constantly changing as I do research into new modalities and encounter new symptoms in clients in my practice.  I am skilled in deep tissue, but understand and respect the value that true relaxation holds in a person's health and well-being.  Stress is held in muscle tension, causing pain.  A good massage treats not only the specific problem, but brings the client into a more restful state where the body is more capacle of reapiring itself.
