Lisa Juchmes

Lisa Sparks graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe, Arizona in 2003. She is certified in both Swedish relaxation massage and deep tissue massage techniques. Lisa describes her typical massage as therapeutic and relaxing, with light to firm pressure that is individualized to meet the specific needs of each patient. Outside of massage Lisa enjoys hanging out with her family, going to the lake, camping, sewing, and scrapbooking. Lisa's advice for anyone new to massage is "Speak up and communicate with your therapist during the session, it helps to serve you better."
